Deborah brings a wealth of experience in corporate services, with a strong focus on aged care. Over the course of her 30-year career, she has held senior positions and served on boards within the public sector, specializing in aged and disability care consultancy. Deborah’s expertise lies in various areas, including corporate planning, risk and financial management, performance monitoring and reporting, quality assurance and compliance reviews, as well as survey development, implementation, and analysis. She has also played a pivotal role as a board member and Manager of Corporate Planning and Performance at TAFE Digital (Online OTEN) and Western Sydney region, the largest registered training organization in the southern hemisphere. Furthermore, Deborah is actively involved in conducting training and development workshops focused on corporate services within the aged care industry. Her educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, with majors in accounting, business law, and economics. Additionally, Deborah holds an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and diplomas in Adult Education, Project Management, and Auditing, further enhancing her skills and knowledge in her field of expertise.
